QUADRA utvecklas och tillhandahålls av Tailor Hill Consulting AB, organisationsnummer 559427-3830 (”vi”). Din integritet är viktig för oss – och den här policyn är kort, eftersom spelet är byggt för att inte samla in personuppgifter.
QUADRA har inga konton, ingen reklam, ingen analysspårning och säljer aldrig data. Spelet fungerar helt offline. All spelprogression (banor, poäng, stjärnor, inställningar) sparas endast lokalt på din enhet och lämnar den aldrig.
Vi samlar inte in namn, e-postadress, platsdata, kontakter, foton, annonsidentifierare eller någon annan personlig information. Spelet innehåller ingen tredjepartsreklam och inga analys- eller spårningsverktyg.
QUADRA erbjuder ett enda engångsköp som låser upp hela spelet. Betalningen hanteras i sin helhet av App Store (Apple) respektive Google Play (Google). Vi tar aldrig del av dina betalkortsuppgifter. I samband med köp behandlar butiken och Unity Technologies (vars tjänst Unity In-App Purchasing tekniskt förmedlar köpet) transaktionsuppgifter, till exempel produkt-ID, transaktions-ID och enhetsinformation, för att genomföra och verifiera köpet. Rättslig grund för denna behandling är fullgörande av avtal (art. 6.1 b GDPR).

Din spelprogression och dina inställningar sparas lokalt på enheten. Vi kan inte läsa, ta emot eller återställa dessa uppgifter. Raderar du appen raderas uppgifterna (ditt köp kan alltid återställas via butiken).
Spelet riktar sig till en bred publik och samlar inte in personuppgifter från någon, inklusive barn.
Eftersom vi inte samlar in eller lagrar några personuppgifter om dig finns det normalt inga uppgifter för oss att lämna ut, rätta eller radera. För uppgifter som behandlas av Apple, Google eller Unity i samband med köp utövar du dina rättigheter enligt GDPR direkt hos dem. Du har alltid rätt att lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Om spelet i framtiden skulle börja behandla personuppgifter på nya sätt uppdaterar vi denna policy innan ändringen träder i kraft.

QUADRA has no accounts, no ads, no analytics tracking, and never sells data. The game works fully offline. All progression (levels, scores, stars, settings) is stored only locally on your device and never leaves it.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information. The game contains no third-party advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.
QUADRA offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full game. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never see your payment card details. When you make a purchase, the store and Unity Technologies (whose Unity In-App Purchasing service technically brokers the transaction) process transaction data such as the product ID, transaction ID, and device information in order to complete and verify the purchase. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your progression and settings are saved locally on your device. We cannot read, receive, or restore this data. Deleting the app deletes the data (your purchase can always be restored through the store).
The game is suitable for a general audience and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Since we do not collect or store any personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to disclose, rectify, or erase. For data processed by Apple, Google, or Unity in connection with purchases, you exercise your GDPR rights directly with them. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection).
If the game ever starts processing personal data in new ways, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
